JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Exceutive Sales / Sales Manager to join our exhibition company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by selling exhibition stall space, sponsorship packages, and related services to clients across various industries. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a passion for events and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Sell exhibition booths, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities to potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, partners, and stakeholders
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and event management) to ensure smooth execution
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to generate leads
Provide post-event feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business
Travel outside Mumbai for 10 to 15 days during the exhibition period.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
4–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, or media
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel as and when required
