JOB DETAILS             
Head hunting: Identifying specific profiles from ideal companies and establishing contact,
engaging and hiring the specific profiles.
Sourcing: Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment 
agencies, job boards / job postings, social platforms, professional networks, employee referrals 
when required.
Database: Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data
Interviewing: Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and 
experience of potential candidates on interview via calls or emails, as well as facilitating preinterview assessments and then arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
Documentation & Feedback: Ensure proper on boarding for new hires and the necessary 
paperwork is completed promptly and accurately. Negotiating terms of hire with potential 
candidates. Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications.
Regular updation: Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading 
professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and
participating in professional organizations.
Achieve the recruitment target assigned and liaising with internal departments to determin
