JOB DETAILS             
Inventory Management:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials (raw, packaging, etc.) as per specifications.
Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, returns, and stock levels using ERP or manual systems.
Implement and follow FIFO/FEFO methods strictly.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to BRC food safety standards in storage practices.
Maintain proper documentation for batch traceability, stock registers, and material movement.
Assist in internal and external audits including BRC, FSSAI, and customer audits.
Storage & Housekeeping:
Store materials in designated areas, ensuring segregation of allergens, spices, and non-food items.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the storage area.
Prevent pest infestation and report any signs immediately.
Stock Taking & Reporting:
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation with book stock.
Prepare and submit inventory reports as required (daily/weekly/monthly).
Coordination:
Coordinate with production, quality control, procurement, and dispatch teams.
Follow up with suppliers and logistics for material delivery timelines.
Safety & Risk Management:
Comply with workplace safety standards and use PPE as required.
Identify and report risks in storage practices or material handling.
Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce)
2–5 years of experience as a storekeeper in the food or spice industry (BRC environment preferred)
Knowledge of BRC/IFS/GMP food safety standards
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Physically fit and able to lift/move packages
