JOB DETAILS             
-To maintain matter with Land Scouters/ Brokers for Land Acquisition
-Survey of Location of Plot
-Boundary fixing of plot
-To attend to conveyance matters
-To attend to Municipal assessment matters
-To gather information about tenants such as Voters Id, Ration Card etc
-To make documents of tenants purchase/ society redevelopment/ plots/ flats
-To be able to search and ascertain property title at talati/ thelsidar/ stamp duty/ city civil/ High Court/ To check 7/ 12, Mutation Entry/ PR Card/ DP Remarks etc.
-To be able execute deals independently for new acquisitions
-Preparing, updating weekly reports on status of acquisitions
-To be able to search for documents regarding acquisition at courts, government offices, solicitor offices
-To be able to make title flow of property/ lands etc
-To coordinate between solicitors, advocates, legal consultants
-To oversee land survey with demarcation
-Due diligence of lands and structuring of deals
-Drafting, negotiating and reviewing documentation related to the various types of tenanted and governmental schemes
-Vetting & Execution of documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Development Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, Tenancy Agreement, Deed of Gift, Will and Codicil, Documents related to Mortgage - Hypothecation - Pledge, Power Of Attorney, Affidavit and other documents pertaining to land acquisition
-Interaction with Legal, Liaison, Security, Architects, Consultants, Govt Authorities, Clients, Vendors, Land representatives and Management
