JOB DETAILS             
1.Should have hands on experienceof plant operations management.
2.Ind. background: Rubber Ind or any manufacturing Ind
3.Key Area: overall operations management
4.Production, planning, quality, inspection, maintenance and overcome breakdowns urgently, coordination with purchase and design, process control, project handling, new development, budgeting, manpower handling, staff handling, administration, legal and HR compliances, liaison with Govt bodies and other external agencies related to plant.
5.MIS reports & Implementing SOP documents, ISO Compliance.
6.Other skills: Should be a good leader, team developmentand management, should take higher responsibilities and ownership.
7.Handing team 150 to 200 person.
8.Directly reporting to Director.
