JOB DETAILS             
• Actively maintains and expands client databases in the various segments in the assigned region.
• Manage the entire new business development pipeline from lead generation, handling initial sales calls, online product demos till closure.
• Research and plans for Customer calls/demo on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Understand the market, customers’ and use data to increase individual productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately forecast weekly and monthly customer acquisition and revenue.
• Create a positive brand image/awareness of 10times and our inbuilt product ‘FLOOR’ to new prospective clients on the call.
• Keeps a customer centric approach in sales calls, follows the set protocol with the objective to build long lasting relationships with the customer.
• Captures Customer success as a case study and shares with the relevant teams.
• Ensures appropriate hand-overs and seamless transition to post sales teams in a timely manner.
• Learn and explore new methods on a daily basis to generate high-quality leads and prospects.
