Handling walk-ins at the builder site and explain project and loan details, focus on conversion for purchase of flat and taking loan thereon, co-ordination with AFC head office for smooth process flow of their cases. Calling on data provided for generating lead for purchase and loan availment, Should take part in marketing activity/thoughts which will generate the business. Need to cater task assigned by HO.
