JOB DETAILS             
Attend walk-in customers at the showroom and provide a professional sales experience.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Honda BigWing models.
Offer test rides and explain vehicle features, pricing, and specifications.
Maintain excellent customer follow-up and engagement until booking.
Sales Target & Process:
Work towards achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist customers with loan, insurance, RTO documentation.
Maintain booking registers and delivery schedules.
Product Expertise:
Stay updated on all Honda BigWing products, latest variants, features, and offers.
Explain and compare features and benefits of different models.
Promote accessories and value-added services.
Coordination:
Coordinate with back-end teams for smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ensure each delivery meets Honda BigWing's premium experience standards.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build rapport with customers for repeat and referral business.
Collect feedback post-sale and address basic concerns or escalate.
Maintain proper lead tracking through CRM tools.
