Ensuring on time delivery
Encourage and implement production efficiency improvement – creating awareness amongst the production staff
Allocate right machine and manpower to run production smoothly
Ensure production as per prescribed quality norms and safety norms
Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste
