•To consistently provide thoughtful, caring and sincere service.
•To identify and anticipate needs and ensure personalized service is provided (proactive)
•To provide Food and Beverage Services as required
•To assist with any plans or arrangements
•To ensure that all requests from employer are made possible and are followed up on
•Provide prompt laundry service and shoe shine service, ensuring special preferences are met 
•Answering the telephone and door
•Catering for the family or for dinner parties.
•Light household duties.
•Overseeing housekeeping and other staff.
•Wardrobe management and clothing care.
•Looking after household furniture and antiques
•Respect privacy and do not discuss private information with colleagues
