JOB DETAILS             
1.Attend phone calls from Customers etc. and respond to their queries after consulting concerned departments (like accounts or production). Calls are related to Orders, Payment, seasonal orders, Calendar, Diaries orders and general inquires.
2.Follow up with customers for payment of their outstanding amounts.
3.Ensuring monthly dispatch of promotional materials, accounts statements and inventory to our customers.
4.Responsible for admin / order desk email id which is printed in all our books. By referring to previous mails and study the nature of queries /replies etc.
5.Updating all customers with order acceptance, dispatch details and follow-up on closure of orders.
6.Informing respective Warehouse(s) about urgent orders and special request from the valuable customers or key customers for their orders.
7.Details of Consignment dispatched - providing details to customers and following up with transporter till it reaches to our customers.
8.Handling all documents related to dispatch, payment, general letter correspondences done at front office.
9.Keeping records of all Orders received and updating the details through MIS.
10.Assisting Accounts in drafting letters to our customers.
11.Go through all admin / order physical files and understand the filing system and operations. 
12.Study website operation and ensure website orders are dispatched. Back end website works like uploading new book, inventory updating on website.
13.Infringement / Copyright files study and documentation.
14.Coordinating all Infringements and copyrights issues through Trust lawyer. 
15.Study files in GMs office and assist GM in necessary filing and correspondence.
16.Overlooking the inventories statement sent to our customers.
17.Monitoring re-order level of books in each warehouse and suggesting for stock management to GM.
18.Maintaining EPABX reports.
19.Calling all missed calls after office hours / days.
20.Providing Marine declaration, Parcel Declaration and all other export related documents.
21.Coordinating with the clearing agent for export orders.
22.Stationary Stock to be maintained and ordering the same.
23.Managing all books in Pre-Press process with status along with printer status.
24.All files records in Trustee’s Office as well as BBT front office to be maintained regularly.
25.Keeping track of all courier documents/ Post Parcel etc.
26.Maintenance of office with respect to maintenance and housekeeping checklist given and updating of schedule as per requirement.
27.Answering all queries with respect to office maintenance and staff requests.
28.Following with respective vendors for scheduled maintenance.
29.Handling escalation calls from customers or from staff etc.
30.Generating reports and validating the same on weekly, monthly and year basis.
