1) Good programming experience in MVC

4) Good programming experience on the .NET platform using C# and ASP.NET on Web and Windows Application
5) Thorough in Object Oriented Programming
6) Strong experience with project documentation and SDLC process management
7) Good knowledge and experience of database fundamentals, programming in stored procedures, triggers, etc. with MS SQL and other RDBMS products
8) Experience with test-driven development
9) Support the technical lead in design decisions
10) Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
11) Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
12) Be an active team player with good communication skills
