JOB DETAILS             
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role 
Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to outlook, Network connectivity, AD domain environment, printers issues
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Must be able to configure troubleshoot basic network devices, Printers, switches, wi-fi routers, Servers, LAN & VPN Connectivity.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Should be a self-learner and able to manage desktop Network level issues on his own.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Should be able to manage asset inventory.
Knowledge of ERP applications specifically SAP installation and troubleshooting experience will be plus.
Hand on experience on troubleshooting various issues related to Desktop / Laptops , Servers & Network.
