JOB DETAILS             
Conduct comprehensive testing and diagnostics on electrical transformers to assess their condition and performance.
Develop and implement detailed maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and efficient operation of transformers.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on transformers, including repairs and component replacements as needed.
Analyse test data and inspection results to identify and address potential issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule and coordinate transformer maintenance activities.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements during all transformer-related operations.
Keep abreast of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices related to transformer testing and maintenance.
Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
