JOB DETAILS             
Experience in call handling, call transferring
Properly greet and direct visitors, vendors, clients, candidates, etc. in the company
To answer visitors' queries properly and provide accurate information
Check of attendance and late comings
Mark leaves
Circulate common mails
Maintain complete professionalism while dealing with clients and customers.
Can perform well in rush hours and long working hours on weekends.
Be courteous and professional at all times.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Greet visitors and direct them to the right team or employee they wish to meet
Answer questions and address complaints ((EPBX))
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Maintain visitor logs, including details about the person they visit and the purpose of their visit.
Get in touch with clients or vendors and schedule meetings with them.
Keep track of office supplies and place orders when required.
Provide administration support like photocopying or filing documents.
