JOB DETAILS             
Receive verify and store raw materials packing materials finished goods and other inventory
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation
Ensure proper identification labeling and storage of materials
Follow FIFO or FEFO practices as applicable
Coordinate with Purchase Production Quality and other departments for material requirements
Prepare and maintain material receipt issue transfer and dispatch records
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation
Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages or excess inventory
Ensure proper housekeeping and organized storage of the warehouse or store area
Follow pharmaceutical industry GMP SOP safety and hygiene requirements
Maintain records related to material movement and inventory
Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and records
Ensure materials are stored under appropriate conditions as specified
Recuirement
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Store Executive preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
Familiarity with FIFO or FEFO and proper material storage practices
Basic knowledge of GMP and SOP compliance
Good documentation and record-keeping skills
Basic computer knowledge experience with ERP or SAP will be an advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
