JOB DETAILS             
Oversee daily QC operations allocate tasks and monitor progress of QC Executives and Assistants 
Perform advanced testing and analysis for complex quality issues especially in paint and coatings 
Review and approve QC reports ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance with SOPs 
Liaise with R&D production and procurement teams to resolve quality concerns and improve formulations 
Train and mentor QC staff on testing protocols safety practices and industry best practices 
Support internal and external audits ensuring readiness for customer or regulatory inspections 
Monitor compliance with ISO and other relevant quality standards 
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce rework and improve product consistency 
Prepare periodic quality performance reports for management review
