JOB DETAILS             
Create on brand impactful client videos that captivate audiences
Deliver high quality motion graphics animations and effects in Adobe After Effects
Proficiency in rotoscoping tracking masking and overlays is necessary
Efficiently execute motion graphics design requests based on each clients requirements ensuring tasks stay within scope and on schedule
Edit footage and provided assets into short videos 1 to 4 minutes on average that clients can use for their sales marketing human resources and corporate communications
Work with Team Leads to realize the full potential of each video project
Be available to work fulltime during yourshift responding promptly to communications from team members
Select and edit music or audio to complement video visuals
Create custom animated text and titles based on video briefing
Meet strict deadlines and demands of the client media cycle while also reacting and adapting to shifting workloads
Work with Storyboard leadership to develop and champion promotional content for events products and clients

Requirements
Motion Graphics Members of our team must have a strong handle on creating bespoke motion graphics or animations using Adobe After Effects
Proficiency in rotoscoping tracking masking and overlays is necessary
Editing Storyboard animators or motion graphic designers also need to be skilled in other relevant media editing programs like Adobe Premiere and Photoshop
Creativity Candidates must demonstrate a strong level of creativity and passion ability to use creative problem solving excited to tackle new challenges
Communication Storyboard team members must be able to work effectively as part of a team ability to both follow instructions and delegate tasks where required
Time management Our video process moves fast While demonstrating all the above qualities candidates must also be able to work at a consistent high speed pace while utilizing strong time management and organization skills
Must be a self starter able to work independently
Social Media Must have familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn Twitter Instagram and Facebook
Professional attitude All candidates should have a friendly positive solution oriented attitude were looking for team players who can give and receive constructive feedback and support
Hardware You must have a fully functional computer or laptop with capabilities sufficient to handle Adobe CC 4K video and animated projects effectively
Additionally a webcam is essential for participating in meetings and training sessions facilitating effective communication and collaboration with the team
