JOB DETAILS             
Conduct laboratory experiments to develop and refine paint formulations
Test raw materials and additives for suitability in product development
Record and analyze experimental data, maintaining accurate lab documentation 
Collaborate with QC and production teams to ensure smooth scale up of lab developed products
Assist in developing cost effective & durable formulations
Support in preparing technical reports and product specifications
Stay updated on industry trends, new raw materials, and technologies
Ensure compliance with ISO and company standards during R&D activities
Maintain lab safety and proper handling of chemicals
Lead R&D projects to develop new paint products and improve existing formulations
