JOB DETAILS             
Team Leadership & Scheduling:
Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and coordinate workforce rotation.
Train, coach, and evaluate production line workers and machine operators.
Enforce company policies, attendance guidelines, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Production & Efficiency:
Monitor the production line to meet output targets and delivery deadlines.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for quick resolution.
Implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
Quality & Safety Compliance:
Enforce strict safety regulations, PPE compliance, and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment.
Inspect raw materials and finished products to maintain strict quality standards.
Investigate safety incidents or quality defects and implement corrective actions.
Reporting & Administration:
Track and report daily metrics including production volume, scrap rates, and downtime.
Manage inventory usage and request raw materials as needed.
