We are a growing engineering-driven manufacturer in the fire protection and foam systems
industry, focused on building a technically strong and globally credible institution. We are
seeking a senior sales leader to build and lead an independent national sales for engineered fire protection equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute national sales strategy and annual revenue plan.
Increase average deal size and improve gross margin discipline.
Develop relationships with Consultants, EPCs, and Large contractors.
Lead and expand the regional sales team as required.
Implement CRM discipline and pipeline visibility systems.
Align closely with the engineering team for technical-commercial integration.
Candidate Profile:
8–15 years of experience in selling Fire Fighting products (e.g., valves, pumps, fire protection
systems, fire extinguishing agents, total flooding systems, etc).
Strong experience in closing deals through MEP Consultants / Contractors.
Demonstrated ability to manage structured pricing and margin discipline.
Experience building or scaling regional sales teams.
