Candidates will need to build a rapport with the Doctors and update the necessary databases as required.
All follow up’s as required should be completed or as specified by the company.
Maintain a well-managed call sheet for daily weekly and monthly requirements.
Meeting doctors (mainly pediatricians and neurologists across Bengaluru & outstation)
Sensitizing them about our drugs.
Our products mainly comprise anti-epileptic drugs, calcium/Vitamin D medications and drugs for headache and nerve pain.
Deliver drugs to doctors and hospitals if required.
Packaging and repackaging of different quantities of drugs to various places if required.
Following-up with doctors and keeping track of drug deliveries efficiently.
Managing call sheets and other activities of MR’s across the board.
Developing sales strategies.
Leveraging existing doctor network to push sales in the market.
Meeting important doctors and training MR’s in sales skills.
Presenting daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s to management.
