We are looking for a strategic, solution-oriented, and self-driven professional to lead our Educational Partnerships & Business Expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving national and international institutional collaborations, managing marketing initiatives for academic programs, and ensuring long-term growth through relationship building, campaign execution, and data-informed planning.
This role requires a deep understanding of the education ecosystem—from student acquisition and B2B partnerships to brand-building and academic program promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Educational Partnerships & Institutional Alliances
Identify, evaluate, and develop collaborations with domestic and international universities, schools, and education partners
Manage relationship lifecycle with academic institutions, government bodies, and corporate training clients
Facilitate MOUs, articulation agreements, and global immersion programs
Business Development & Student Acquisition
Lead outreach to potential partners, counselors, and influencers in the education space
Coordinate with academic teams to align program offerings with market demands
Create and implement strategies to boost admissions and student engagement
Marketing & Strategic Planning
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive campaigns for program awareness and brand growth
Organize and manage student webinars, info sessions, fairs, and educational events
Track and analyze lead conversion, program performance, and ROI on campaigns
Develop region-specific go-to-market plans and expansion blueprints
Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership
Act as a bridge between academic teams, admissions, design, and outreach departments
Lead or contribute to multi-departmental projects such as new program launches, alumni initiatives, and academic-industry collaborations
Mentor junior teams and coordinate task ownership among interns or support staff
