JOB DETAILS             
Manage end-to-end import operations across major Indian ports, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing.
Handle Import General Manifest (IGM) filing, Delivery Order (DO) release, invoicing, and import documentation.
Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, NVOCCs, principals, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment movement and timely issue resolution.
Monitor shipment status from pre-alert to final delivery, including transhipment updates, container movement, and de-stuffing at nominated CFS locations.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing shipment-related queries and maintaining strong customer relationships.
