JOB DETAILS
Maintain and organize case files for arbitration and court cases related to real estate
projects. Liaise with external legal counsel and advocates regarding ongoing litigation. Collect and compile relevant documents, data, and case material from internal departments
and external sources. Prepare briefs, summaries, and notes for legal counsel in arbitration and other court
proceedings. Serve as the primary contact for litigation concerning real estate project implementation
disputes. Coordinate with internal departments for necessary information regarding legal notices and
proceedings. Maintain and regularly update the MIS for legal notices, complaints, and court cases.
Attend court hearings as required and instructed by Manager Legal or Head Legal.
Assist senior legal team members with MIS and daily litigation tracking.
Maintain a comprehensive and updated litigation calendar and provide timely reminders of
upcoming hearings to relevant stakeholders.
Perform follow-ups and due diligence on legal matters as directed by seniors.
Take ownership of any additional legal assignments as delegated by senior management.
Drafting & Documentation
Draft legal notices, responses, and legal correspondences.
Prepare and review agreements and contracts as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and related documentation.
Organize and update the legal database, including contracts, case files, and communication
records.
MIS & Reporting
Support the Legal Manager and Head Legal in maintaining up-to-date case counts and legal
matter updates.
Prepare legal reports and presentations (PPTs) for management review.
Work cross-functionally with internal departments to collate and maintain legal MIS.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM is a plus.
4–6 years of relevant experience in litigation, legal drafting, and corporate legal functions.
Experience in real estate or infrastructure sectors is desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
