JOB DETAILS             
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate professional to lead child-focused programs in rural areas. This role involves setting up structured after-school centers, guiding local volunteers, strengthening child protection efforts, and promoting child-led leadership. A background in education, child development, or grassroots social work is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Launch and maintain learning hubs Design and run after-school centers in selected villages. Set up physical spaces, ensure safety, and build a supportive environment for learning and play.
Ensure smooth daily operations Keep track of daily attendance, materials, and volunteer engagement. Maintain clear documentation and standards.
Volunteer management and program quality Select, train, and guide community volunteers. Ensure they deliver engaging and meaningful experiences for children.
Promote holistic child development Conduct structured sessions to help children explore their potential through activities that nurture creativity, curiosity, and confidence.
Support child leadership Help children form groups, express their views, and take active roles in peer and community interactions.
Strengthen child protection structures Work with local child protection committees. Revive or form new ones as needed. Ensure they stay active and responsive.
Collaborate with child protection networks Partner with government bodies, Childline, and NGOs to respond to risks, abuse, or rights violations affecting children.
Advocate for child rights Represent the program at child-focused forums, public events, and village-level platforms. Amplify children’s voices.
Respond to child safety concerns Act as the key contact for identifying and escalating child safety risks. Follow internal processes to resolve issues quickly and safely.
