JOB DETAILS             
One of our clients, a reputed textiles & garments company based in Chennai, is looking out for an ecommerce Manager 

Responsibilities:
01- Listing new products on E-commerce portal.
02- Ensuring product details are well maintained for smooth order execution across all marketplaces.
03- Managing daily orders
04- Preparing sales record and manage inventory
05- Managing Returns and order cancellations with proper tracking
06- Cataloguing, Managing product, Pricing, Description, Content Writing
07- Promotion of products on the portals
08- Daily online assisted shopping execution.
09- Able to resolve online technical issue of the customers.

Qualifications:
01- The applicant is supposed to be well versed with all online portals like Indiamart, Amazon, Flipkart, PayTM & Snapdeal.
02- Knowledge and Experience in operations / management of Back-end of Online Shopping Portals.
03- Experience with Indiamart.
04- Knowledge of Ecommerce processes and order dispatch process.
05- Proficiency in advanced Excel operations and functions
