Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor networks, and leading a team of sales executives across key markets including Gurgaon, Faridabad, Karnal, Panipat, and Rohtak. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role, and a strong understanding of general trade dynamics in the Haryana region. Responsibilities include planning and executing area sales strategies, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring product availability and visibility in retail outlets, and managing the performance of distributors and the sales team. The ASM will also be responsible for launching new products, executing promotional activities, and collecting market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors. A graduate degree is required, preferably with an MBA in Sales or Marketing. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in MS Excel, are essential.
